Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited is offering a Production Chef Level 2 Apprenticeship in a busy kitchen environment. You will be trained on the job, learn production cooking methods and support the running of kitchens while working toward a nationally recognised qualification.

No prior experience required; you will be guided by experienced chefs. The program lasts 15 months and includes face-to-face and remote learning components, with mentoring and progression opportunities.
