Keyworker - Fostering Support - NI281/10/25/1v-4

Salary: Grade 5 salary scale: £25,614 - £31,325 per annum pro rata.

Hours: 40 standard hours (including breaks) (Flexibility Required)

Contract Status: Permanent

Location: Grove House, Ballynahinch

About the service: The Fostering Support service has the specific purpose of providing supports to young people and their families to reduce the likelihood of these young people entering the care system. This includes young people currently in Care placements, and those who have had prior experience but the overarching care plan is to ensure they return and/or maintain within the family home.
