Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Primary Teacher looking for an exciting Key Stage 2 opportunity in a supportive Coventry school?
Flourish Education is working in partnership with a welcoming and inclusive primary school in Coventry to recruit a Key Stage 2 Teacher for a full-time role starting in September and continuing until the end of the academic year.

As the successful Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will take on full class teacher responsibilities and play an important role in supporting pupils both academically and personally as they progress through their primary education.
As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:- Plan, deliver and assess engaging lessons in line with the National Curriculum
- Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating learning environment
- Take responsibility for behaviour management, pupil progress and pastoral care
- Monitor achievement and provide high-quality feedback to support learning
- Complete reports and maintain accurate pupil records
- Work closely with colleagues, Teaching Assistants and school leaders
- Contribute to the wider life of the school and build positive relationships with pupils and families
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Have experience teaching in UK primary schools, ideally within Key Stage 2
- Have strong knowledge of the National Curriculum
- Demonstrate excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
- Are passionate, organised and committed to helping children succeed
- Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are welcome to apply
- Competitive daily rates of £168.80 - £232.57 per day (£32,916 - £45,352 per annum equivalent, based on a full academic year), dependent on experience
- Holiday pay accrued at 12.07% of your daily rate
