Key Responsibilities of Key Stage 2 Teacher:

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and high quality lessons for Key Stage 2 pupils.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes confidence and participation.
• Support students' academic, social, and emotional development.
• Monitor and assess pupil progress, providing constructive feedback and targeted support.
• Adapt teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.

Requirements for Key Stage 2 Teacher:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
• Experience teaching within Key Stage 2 in a primary school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Excellent classroom management and organisational skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching and supporting young learners.
