We are currently recruiting for a LiveSmart Manager to join a well-established housing service on a 3-month temporary contract in Dorking, Surrey. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with facilities or housing experience who is passionate about delivering a safe, high-quality living environment.
The Role
As a LiveSmart Manager, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of a residential scheme, maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of the property at all times
- Report and monitor health & safety, safeguarding, and fire safety concerns promptly
- Act as a key holder and manage access for residents, contractors, and visitors
- Facilitate access for maintenance, servicing, and repairs to communal areas
- Meet contractors on-site and oversee works carried out within the building
- Carry out regular building inspections and report repair or safety issues
- Monitor cleaning standards and communal facilities to ensure a welcoming environment
- Support residents with general queries and promote a positive community atmosphere
- Conduct routine health & safety checks, including fire equipment and emergency lighting
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in facilities, housing, or property management
- Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
- Well-organised and able to prioritise workload independently
- Knowledgeable in health & safety procedures and compliance
- IT literate, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Empathetic and confident working with residents and service users
