Due to our expanding team and client base, we are now seeking a Key Accounts Executive for our high end Chandlers Ford Head office

The business that are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their team. They have a fantastic customer base which will allow you to build relationships and maximise accounts. You will have a support system in place with admin support. Join today as an Account Manager.

The Role of an Account Manager:
  • To be a trusted point of contact for the customer and deal with anything from queries to complaints all the way through to resolution
  • To understand customers requirements and ensure delivery to maximise customer satisfaction
  • To ensure customer SLA's are adhered to
  • To communicate with other departments across the business including field based engineers
  • To promote products and services to maximise customer accounts
  • To hold customer review meetings
  • To ensure customer accounts are paid in the agreed time frames
  • To work closely with your designated administrator and senior management teams
  • To maintain contact with your allocated customer base
  • MUST be confident in dealing with customers
