Due to our expanding team and client base, we are seeking a Key Accounts Executive for our high-end Chandlers Ford head office.

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team. You will have the opportunity to build relationships with our fantastic customer base and maximize accounts. Support will be provided by an administrative team. Join us today as an Account Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a trusted point of contact for customers, handling queries, complaints, and resolutions
• Understand customer requirements and ensure delivery to maximize satisfaction
• Ensure adherence to customer SLAs
• Communicate effectively with other departments, including field-based engineers
• Promote products and services to maximize customer accounts
• Conduct customer review meetings
• Ensure timely payment of customer accounts
• Collaborate closely with administrators and senior management
• Maintain regular contact with your customer base
• Confidently deal with customers
