Take on a central role in managing and developing our most important clients in the brokerage segment. In this key position, you build lasting relationships and contribute significantly to strengthening our market position as well as designing innovative solutions for our Account Managers in the Corporate Brokerage Field (m/f/d). TOGETHER, EXPLORE NEW PATHS. Together for the true relationship management with important brokers and large clients. You ensure the development, continuous evolution, and management of Key Accounts. You advise our brokers in your sales area in French-speaking Switzerland. You ensure comprehensive management of the portfolios entrusted to you and work flexibly in a modern environment with hybrid options and a high degree of autonomy. You have access to a generous benefits system, complemented by additional vacation days (e.g. for personal occasions or special events). You benefit from advanced training and assurance coverage. A commercial background in the insurance sector, complemented by a specialist qualification in insurance or an equivalent. Several years of professional experience in the corporate sector; knowledge in underwriting or brokerage is a real plus. A strong commercial sense; you present technical subjects with confidence and clarity. Excellent knowledge of French; good knowledge of German, Italian, and English is a real advantage. Availability for regular travel within Switzerland.
