Key Account Director - Corporate Security
About the RoleWe are seeking a commercially astute and operationally strong Key Account Director to lead a prestigious £10M portfolio across 10 high-profile corporate locations in Central London for our client. This is a strategic leadership position overseeing complex security operations, client engagement, service excellence, and contract growth.
You will act as the primary interface between the client and the business, ensuring performance, compliance, and satisfaction across all sites, while identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and profitability.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the delivery of security services across 10 corporate locations, ensuring alignment with SLAs, KPIs, and client expectations.
Build and maintain strong senior-level relationships with client stakeholders to ensure retention and satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategic account plans that drive performance, innovation, and added value.
Provide inspirational leadership to site managers and teams, ensuring high morale, engagement, and operational excellence.
Maintain full financial accountability of the £10M contract, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Identify commercial opportunities for contract extensions, new services, and increased revenue.
Ensure full compliance with all health & safety, legal, regulatory, and quality standards.
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery, security technologies, and sustainability initiatives.
What We're Looking ForProven experience as a Key Account Director, Regional Director, or senior-level Contract Manager within the corporate security industry.
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing contracts to £10M
Exceptional relationship-building skills with senior corporate clients.
Experience managing multiple high-profile locations in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Deep understanding of compliance, risk management, and best practices in the security sector.
Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor senior operational teams.
Strong analytical, budgeting, and reporting capabilities.
