KAM Coordinator

We're pleased to announce an exciting development opportunity within the Sales Team for two new Key Account Coordinators.

Based at our Message Direct Head Office, this role has been designed as a progression opportunity for customer focused colleagues who are looking to develop their commercial awareness, customer relationship management skills and strategic thinking, with a view to progressing into a Key Account Manager position in the future.

These roles are full-time roles, working Monday- Friday between the hours of 09:00am and 17:00pm.

What you'll be doing

• Managing day-to-day enquiries from key accounts.
• Processing Quality Control (QC) requests.
• Completing minor script amendments.
• Coordinating customer requests with internal departments.
• Monitoring shared inboxes and ensuring customer queries are resolved promptly.
• Supporting reseller administration and enquiries.
• Preparing documentation for customer meetings and service reviews.
• Maintaining CRM records and customer databases.
• Supporting customer retention activities and account growth opportunities.

• Is keen to develop commercially and build customer relationship management experience.
