Are you a Junior Vehicle Technician, Improver Mechanic, or recently qualified professional with 1+ years of experience? The Payload (Pay & Perks)

• Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 Basic (Depending on your current experience).
• Bonus: £400 monthly performance bonus (£4,800 per year OTE).
• Hours: Monday - Friday, with Saturdays on a fair team rota.
• Training: Full access to VAG manufacturer training and Hybrid/EV certifications.

What You Will Be Doing

• Skill Building: Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and light repairs on VW, Audi, SEAT, and Skoda models.
• MOT Support: Learning to prepare vehicles for MOT testing and completing essential safety repairs.
• Diagnostics: Developing your skills using advanced VAG software to solve electrical and mechanical faults.
• Road Testing: Ensuring every vehicle meets our network's high quality and safety standards.
• Collaboration: Working closely with senior mentors who will help you master the "nuts and bolts" of German engineering.
