Job Description
Responsibilities
  1. Tech Support
  • Be the first point of contact for technical assistance-laptops, Wi-Fi, printers, phones, etc.
  • Troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems.
  • Install software updates and assist in setting up new devices (Windows/macOS).
  • Ensure meeting rooms and video conferencing equipment are functioning smoothly.
  • User Support & Onboarding
    • Set up IT equipment for new hires.
    • Assist colleagues with simple issues like password resets, VPN connections, and MFA.
  • Ticketing and Documentation
    • Manage and track support tickets.
    • Maintain records of support activities and create easy-to-follow guides for common issues.
    • Identify recurring problems and suggest appropriate solutions.
    Qualifications
    • Technical Skills
      • Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11, macOS, and common office tools (Microsoft 365, etc.).
      • Understanding of how networks operate (Wi-Fi, VPN).
      • Experience using remote support tools (like TeamViewer) is a plus.
