Junior Talent Acquisition - 3 months contract - Sport

A leading sports agency are looking for a Junior TA professional to join their team asap for an initial 2 to 3 month contract. This vacancy is only suitable for candidates who are able to start immediately.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of hands-on recruitment experience, either from a recruitment agency or in-house, and will have operated in a busy, high-volume setting.

You'll be comfortable managing multiple roles at once, partnering with hiring managers, and keeping candidates engaged even when things move quickly. You understand that pace doesn't mean compromising on experience too.

In this role, you'll:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple vacancies

• Write and post engaging job adverts

• Source and screen candidates proactively

• Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers

• Support early careers roles and support with hiring through assessment centres and other outreach initiatives
