Job Description

The Junior Sous Chef role at a London Bridge establishment supports an independent chef patron and Head Chef, both with over a decade of Michelin level experience. You will join a professional brigade of 25 chefs in a high performance kitchen where uncompromising standards are expected daily.

The position offers a permanent contract with a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum. Working hours are long but structured around a 4 day working week, providing three days off.
