Job Description

Junior ServiceNow Developer | Up to £37k + bonus | Remote | Must Be Based In UK

We're working with a growing and well-regarded ServiceNow focused organisation that's continuing to invest heavily in its platform capability as demand from clients increases.

If you've got a year or two under your belt and have a passion for ServiceNow, a bit of hands-on experience with ServiceNow or coding, and you're eager to learn from experienced developers, this is a great step to grow your career. You'll be helping to keep the platform running smoothly, building out new features, and picking up new skills along the way.

Day to day, you'll be working on the ServiceNow platform, supporting modules like ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and CSM. You'll get stuck into building forms, workflows, and scripts, and help with system integrations. There'll also be chances to contribute to improving the look and feel of workspaces and keeping the knowledge base up to date so users get the most out of the system. Don't worry if you're not an expert yet - you'll be learning as you go, and working closely with more senior developers who'll help guide you through.

Key Skills & Experience

  • Some hands-on experience with ServiceNow (ideally a couple of years)
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and relational databases
  • Knowledge of ITSM processes and ITIL fundamentals
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • ServiceNow CSA certification

This role offers a clear path for progression as you build up your ServiceNow expertise. You'll get proper support with training, mentoring, and certifications, and you'll have the chance to work across a range of modules and projects that'll set you up for a long-term career in the platform. On top of that, the role is fully remote (you must currently live in the UK), so you'll have the flexibility to work from home while still being part of a collaborative and friendly team.

If you're ready to take that next step, send your CV across for immediate consideration.
