What You'll Be Doing

• Carrying out routine servicing, scheduled maintenance, and vehicle health checks to strict manufacturer standards.
• Supporting Senior Technicians with core mechanical repairs, including brakes, suspension setups, timing belts/chains, and clutches.
• Learning to utilize modern diagnostic equipment to locate, trace, and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Ensuring all maintenance and repair work strictly adheres to safety compliance and right first time quality standards.
• Maintaining accurate job cards and collaborating smoothly with service advisors and workshop controllers.

What We're Looking For

• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 / City & Guilds in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time served experience).
• Hands on mechanical experience inside a dealership, fast fit center, or independent garage.
• Eagerness to learn, strong mechanical aptitude, and pride in clean, accurate workmanship.
• Must hold a full UK driving licence.
