About the role of Junior Quantity Surveyor

As Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a well-established Subcontractor who have a turnover of approx. £200m. This is an opportunity to become part of their commercial team for projects across London and the South East. They are currently on active on nearly 200 sites which are predominately residential.

This company specialise in dry lining, facades, metal works and glazing with a strong reputation and high level of repeat business.

Key Responsibilities of Junior Quantity Surveyor

• Support in administering contracts
• Maintain records of contractual communications
• Contribute to CVR's
• Report on cash flow
• Liaise with the main contractor's commercial team
• Attend site meetings
• Monitor costs against the budget

Key Requirements of Junior Quantity Surveyor

This company are looking for an enthusiastic and personable Junior Quantity Surveyor.

• Minimum 1 year of experience in quantity surveying
• Knowledge of dry lining is ideal but not essential
• Live within commutable distance to South East London
• Degree in a construction related subject
