Location: Tipperary, with regular travel to sites

About the Role: As a Junior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in supporting the commercial success of our projects. Working closely with the Commercial Manager and project teams, you'll gain hands on experience across multiple sectors while developing your skills in cost management and contract administration.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents.
• Support the management of project costs and financial reporting.
• Help with subcontractor procurement and contract administration.
• Monitor variations, valuations, and progress claims.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn and progress within the civil engineering sector.
• Interest in renewable energy and sustainable infrastructure is a plus.
