Junior Quantity Surveyor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor to join our MoD Housing team based in Aldershot. In this role, you will support the commercial team with final accounting of our projects. This is a fast-paced role where no day is the same! The ideal candidate will have good communication skills, be able to articulate and handle situations effectively, and show initiative when working independently.

This role is mainly office-based, but you will also be required to travel to our sites in Aldershot and Bulford.

Responsibilities:

• Preparing and finalising project accounts
• Following client commercial procedures to ensure successful project completion
• Creating and submitting payment applications
• Assisting the team with building measurement and cost estimates
• Liaising closely with our in-house commercial team
• Providing on-site support as needed
