SSA is recruiting a Junior Quantity Surveyor on behalf of an established building contractor for a position based in Galway.

About the role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor looking to develop their career within a supportive and experienced commercial team. You will work alongside Senior Quantity Surveyors and gain hands-on experience across all commercial aspects of construction projects.

The role will provide exposure to both pre and post-contract duties, with plenty of opportunity to take on additional responsibility as your experience develops.

Position requirements:

• BSc / MSc degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
• Graduate to 2+ years Quantity Surveying experience
• Previous contractor experience is beneficial but not essential
• Strong communication and numerical skills
• Motivated to develop within a commercial construction environment
• Valid working rights within Ireland / Europe
