Location: Glasgow (Hybrid Working, 2-3 days per week in the office)

Salary: £30,000 - £45,000 DOE + Performance-Related Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package

Contract: Permanent, Full-Time 37 hours per week

Do you thrive on organisation, collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer outcomes? We're looking for a Junior Project Manager to join our growing Projects & Programmes team at Neos Networks. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside experienced Project Managers and gain hands on exposure to the full project lifecycle while helping deliver customer projects that exceed expectations.

What You'll Be Doing

As a Junior Project Manager, you'll support the successful delivery of a wide range of customer projects across our network and infrastructure portfolio. You'll gain experience across every stage of project delivery, from initial scoping and design through to implementation, handover, and completion.

• Supporting the end to end delivery of customer projects
• Coordinating internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
• Managing project documentation and reporting
• Assisting with financial forecasting and project tracking
• Supporting risk, issue, and escalation management activities
• Monitoring project progress and helping ensure delivery against agreed milestones
• Providing regular updates to customers and internal stakeholders
• Driving process improvements and supporting best practice project delivery

Essential Skills & Experience

• A good understanding of project management principles and best practices
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A proactive approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
• Confidence to challenge barriers and drive progress
• Desirable Telecommunications industry experience
• Experience supporting or delivering telecoms infrastructure projects
