Job Description

After exceptional growth, my client is looking to add a Junior Project Manager to their team. This is an opportunity to help manage the Market Research Projects of the company supporting prestigious clients such as Morrisons, Tesco, Lloyds Pharmacy and Shark Ninja to aid their brand strategy and product development.

The Junior Project Manager will be part of the whole project life cycle in a fast-paced environment, so being able to work in a high-pressured environment is vital. Prior project management experience is not needed as long as you are an organised individual who has strong communication skills as you will be liaising with clients and stakeholders.

Recruitment / Administration / Customer Service experience could be considered.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage fieldwork logistics ensuring products and packs are delivered and collected to specified timelines.
  • Ensure all project task systems are accurately set up and maintained.
  • Recruit participants for market research studies including telephone screening calls.
  • Perform all elements of the participant quality control process.
  • Contribute to project briefings to ensure relevant questions and details of the project are covered.
  • Project 'onboarding' tasks (invitations, NDAs, registrations etc).
  • Liaise with a variety of internal and external teams to identify and execute the best approach for each project.
  • Ensure all stakeholders are kept up to date during the duration of the project.
  • General administration duties.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills / experience dealing with clients/stakeholders.
  • Market Research industry experience would be ideal.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to work in a team and independently.
  • Strong planning and organisational skills.
