Responsabilities:

• Competition analysis of focused market/products.
• Output of training materials and present trainings internally and externally.
• Engage with customer and run the pre-sales projects.
• Engage with partners, collect questions and suggestions, feedback to related to departments.
• Trouble shooting of basic problems and summarize as FAQ

Key Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or Master in Telecommunication/IT Engineer Preferred.
• Be sensitive with customer/partner requirements and good at summary.
• Knowledge of IT, telecommunication.
• Knowledge of basic datacenter solutions: server, operative systems, storage solutions.
• Familiar with office tools will be preferable.
• Self-motivated.
