An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced IFA Administrator to join a professional and friendly financial services firm.

Our client is a well-established Independent Financial Advisory firm dedicated to helping individuals, families, and businesses secure their financial future. They pride themselves on delivering clear, jargon-free advice tailored to each client's needs, ensuring long-term financial security and peace of mind.
The Role
This is a full-time, position supporting Financial Advisors with a wide range of administrative duties.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of client services and maintaining high compliance standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing full administrative support to Financial Advisors
- Processing new business applications (pensions, investments, protection)
- Liaising with providers, platforms, and clients to obtain information and updates
- Managing client records and maintaining accurate data on internal systems/CRM
- Handling client queries in a professional and timely manner
- Scheduling appointments and managing advisor diaries
- Assisting with compliance requirements and ensuring FCA standards are met
- Supporting the end-to-end client journey from onboarding through to review
About You
- Previous experience within an IFA or financial services administration role is essential
- Strong understanding of financial products such as pensions, investments, and protection
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
- Experience using CRM systems and back-office platforms
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Relevant financial services qualifications (or working towards) would be advantageous
