We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Oracle Fusion Analyst to join our client's team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion while supporting HR and business operations. You'll be responsible for employee management, basic system configurations, and providing support across Oracle Fusion tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Management: Create, amend, and terminate employee records; process role changes.
• System Support & Configuration: Assist with basic system configurations, manage workflows, and support data entry tasks.
• Issue Resolution: Investigate and resolve system issues; escalate complex issues to senior analysts.
• Data Analysis & Reporting: Perform data extractions, generate reports, and assist with data validation and quality assurance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Experience in an administrative, HR, or IT support role. Exposure to Oracle Fusion or ERP systems is a plus.
• Technical Skills: Basic understanding of enterprise systems and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, analytical mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
