Worldcoo was born in 2012 with the vision of transforming the way we shop to help build a better world. With our technology, we invite shoppers to donate small amounts when they pay for goods and services. We connect merchants with NGOs and donors by partnering with different Payment Service Providers. So far, we have raised more than 20M€, we process more than 2 million donations monthly, and we funded more than 800 projects thanks to our different fundraising channels and we are looking to expand our impact even further. Your mission:

As a Junior Project Manager in the NGO projects team, you will help coordinate and organize fundraising campaigns and events with our NGOs aligning the fundraising efforts with our partners' CSR policies.

You'll be supported by an amazing cross-functional team, all driven by the belief that creating a better world should be a shared goal for everyone.


Be part of a team where you will:

  • Screen and onboard the NGOs across the world that want to become part of Worldcoo, providing support throughout the entire registration process.
  • Establish excellent relationships with Worldcoo NGOs through consistent and proactive communication.
  • Build tailor-made social proposals for the partners we collaborate with or new potential partners.
  • Coordinate and follow up the social campaigns we activate with our partners and follow up their evolution.
  • Evaluate, follow up and build reports of our different types of NGOs periodically. Take actions to reach your goals and company OKRs.
  • Actively collaborate with different departments from finance, to account management, communications or tech. Lean from your colleagues in a supportive environment that allows you to grow, develop and make a difference.

You have:

  • Between 1 and 2 years of experience in Project Management or similar roles.
  • University degree in Sociology, Social Work, Sustainability, Communication, Business Administration or similar.
  • Native level of Spanish, and working proficiency in Catalan and English.
  • Project management skills, with the ability to handle complex, multifaceted projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Good knowledge of Google Docs, MS Office, and Excel.
  • Passion for creating impact and involvement in social work or volunteering is a plus.
