Junior Merchandiser: Range Planning & Stock Growth

Dobbies Garden Centres Ltd is seeking a Junior Merchandiser to join the Buying & Merchandising team in Lasswade with hybrid working. You will plan stock, drive sales and margin, and lead Allocators while collaborating with the Buyer to shape seasonal ranges.

You will analyse sales, manage stock and orders, develop plans, and build strong relationships with suppliers. The role offers a dog-friendly Central Support Office and a supportive, team centred environment.
