Junior Legal Counsel

Temporary 6-Month Contract (with potential for extension or permanency)

Part-Time 3-4 Days per Week (Full Time will also be considered)

Doncaster Based, with Parking (hybrid working available)

We are recruiting for a growing infrastructure business seeking an experienced legal professional with ideally 5 years' UK Legal experience (qualified or non-qualified). The ideal candidate will have worked inhouse and have some experience with non-contentious commercial law.

The role will involve contract review and negotiation, compliance support, risk management, and occasional dispute matters, with exposure to upcoming M&A activity.
