What You'll Do

• With oversight from the Legal team, review and/or negotiate NDAs.
• Assist with drafting, reviewing and/or negotiating customer, broker, marketing, vendor and other agreements (e.g., termination letters, marketing agreements, broker registration letters, standard MSAs/order forms and other commercial agreements).
• Assist with day-to-day operations and managing the EMEA legal support email box.
• Manage sign-off process in DocuSign for agreements and other documents managed by the Legal team, providing backup support as needed for execution of documents for EMEA.
• Manage a variety of customer contract-related matters (e.g., customer contract negotiations, customers in bankruptcy proceedings) with oversight from attorneys in EMEA Commercial contracting and Litigation Legal teams.
• Assist Legal team with various projects, including extracting information for and about customers, as required.
• Work with Legal and LRS Operations teams to optimize processes and playbooks and improve and automate standard templates.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Law).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and sound skills in Dutch, German and/or French are preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills and work ethic.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
• A minimum of 3 years of substantive legal experience.
• Willing to work on a broad variety of matters in a fast-paced environment; agile.
• Team player who can easily handle shifting priorities and pressure, multi-tasking in a deadline-oriented environment.
• IT-minded (and familiarity with basic IT systems, including Oracle and Sharepoint).
