Junior KYC coordinator

Location: Brussels (50% remote work)

As part of a team responsible for ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations, you will contribute to the recertification of a portfolio of international corporate clients with an annual turnover exceeding €7.5 million. The mission focuses on updating and validating KYC information in accordance with legal and regulatory standards, including cross-border requirements.

As a Junior KYC coordinator, you will be responsible for:

• Manage a portfolio of KYC files requiring periodic review and update.
• Analyze the type of documentation and information required from clients based on their profile and regulatory obligations.
• Initiate and maintain direct contact with clients to request and follow up on required documents.
• Ensure timely collection and completeness of KYC files.
• Accurately encode and update client data in internal systems.
• Collaborate closely with relationship managers and compliance teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment with internal policies.
• Report progress and flag potential challenges to the team lead in a timely manner.
• Communicate with clients in French, Dutch, or English, depending on their preference.

Your Profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Good expertise in MS Office
• Comfortable with various IT tools
• Strong interest in finance and banking (products)
• Knowledge of KYC is a plus

• French & Dutch: Strong written and spoken communication skills
• English: Profound knowledge
