Junior International Merchandiser (Trainee)

Matalan is seeking a proactive International Merchandiser to support the International Merchandising Team in optimising the customer offer, sales, availability and profitability for their area. You will collaborate with Franchise partners and internal departments to drive KPI delivery and ensure smooth planning and stock management across regions.

The role requires strong numerical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
