Job Description

Location: Leeds, England Sector: HR & Personnel Salary: £38,000 - £44,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Your responsibilities as Junior HR Business Partner

  • Deliver a full generalist HR service across multiple sites, supporting day to day and strategic needs

  • Partner with senior stakeholders to provide commercial, value adding people support

  • Lead and implement change initiatives aligned to business objectives and KPIs
  • Support organisational growth through effective integration of acquisitions

  • Act as a key point of contact for HR queries, ensuring compliant and practical guidance

  • Contribute to and support wider people projects alongside the People Director


What we're looking for in a Junior HR Business Partner

  • CIPD qualification with strong grounding in HR best practice

  • Previous experience operating in a multi site environment

  • Background in business partnering within sectors such as retail, hospitality, professional services or technology

  • Strong knowledge of employment law and practical application in a commercial setting

  • Experience supporting change initiatives and organisational growth
