As a Junior Growth Marketeer, you will play a key role in growing demand and engagement by analyzing data, setting up marketing automations, and creating growth and retention strategies that help grow our community, membership base, and brand presence worldwide. Your responsibilities will include:
Data Analysis and Insights
- Develop and maintain performance dashboards for key growth metrics, such as international chapter performance, event sell-through rates, consumer retention, and membership growth.
- Track and interpret consumer behavior trends & data to identify growth opportunities.
- Turn data-driven insights into actionable marketing strategies, which you will own and execute start to finish.
Marketing Automation and Campaigns
- Set up and optimize automated direct marketing campaigns (e.g. email) to increase event attendance, customer retention and referrals.
- Develop, manage and automate targeted communication strategies and marketing funnels for different customer journeys, user segments and behaviors (global).
- Design testing frameworks for creative, targeting and messaging.
- Optional: Build and optimize paid marketing channels and campaigns with a focus on improving CTR, CAC and ROAS.
Membership Growth and Retention
- Build and refine the membership acquisition and retention funnels.
- Track churn rates, member engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Develop targeted communication strategies to enhance member sign-ups and long-term member loyalty.
Operational Scaling & Automation
- Build and maintain growth dashboards and track KPIs to guide strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with the founding team to identify and implement scalable automation solutions across operational systems across the organization.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has relevant work experience (1+ year) in growth marketing, performance marketing, email marketing, or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making & optimizing marketing funnels, customer journeys and marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics tools, data sheets & email marketing platforms
- Has a proactive, solution-oriented, and independent working style.
- Embraces a learning-by-doing mindset and thrives in a dynamic, evolving environment.
- Has strong (creative) communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Bonus: Experience in working with our tech stack: Stripe, Lu.ma, Notion, Slack, Brevo, Google Workspace (Excel), Canva, Shopify/Printful, Make.
