QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Uludağ Beverage is a growing organization in Industry, committed to operational excellence and supporting our clients with quality service. We are currently seeking a Junior Finance Business Partner to join our team in the Netherlands to assist in day-to-day finance operations and provide critical support for business units.

As a Junior Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for assisting with essential finance and bookkeeping functions.

You will support invoicing, accounts payable and receivable processes, and basic financial controls.

This role involves close collaboration with the finance team and other departments to ensure accuracy in financial records and efficient transaction processing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on bookkeeping, invoicing, and accounts processing.
• Familiarity with Dutch accounting regulations and basic knowledge of tax compliance.
• Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Exact, SAP, or other ERP systems) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Preferably with a European Union residence permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, raise, and process invoices for customers, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
• Process and verify supplier invoices, ensuring compliance with company policies and accurate record-keeping.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, including reconciliation and follow-up on outstanding items.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including journal entries, ledger maintenance, and monthly reconciliations.
• Support to the implementation of basic financial controls and ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures.
• Assist in tracking expenses, processing expense reports, and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Prepare monthly reports on transactional data and support senior finance team members with ad-hoc analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of documentation and assist with internal and external audits.
