About the Position: Junior Family Lawyer

Our client seeks an accomplished Junior Family Lawyer to join their expanding team. In this pivotal role, you will handle complex and high-value family law cases, including divorce, child custody, spousal support, and property settlements. You will provide strategic legal advice, develop case strategies, and represent clients in court. A mentor will support your professional growth and contribute to the team's success. Your billable target will be 4.5-6 hours per day.

Key Requirements:

• Admission as a Solicitor in Queensland
• Minimum of 1-3 years PAE in family law
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to manage a diverse and complex caseload independently
• Commitment to professional development and staying updated on legal precedents
