Junior Delivery Lead

Do you enjoy building trusted relationships with project teams and ensuring they feel supported throughout their engagement? Do you thrive on bringing projects from inception to completion? Can you support technology teams to ensure projects are delivered successfully?

We are looking for a Junior Delivery Lead to support and assist the Delivery team in various aspects of project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.

Responsibilities

• Developing the SOW with senior consultants and the project team
• Onboarding and offboarding of project team
• Tracking project progress and ensuring adherence to project schedules
• Awareness of SOW scope and budget, with responsibility for managing commercial, delivery and technical risk, raising change control, and managing extensions
• Coordinate project meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items
• Serve as a point of contact for project-related inquiries and provide timely responses
• Maintain regular checkpoints with teams as a health check, ensuring the project is on track with RAG status reports and completion notices
• Maintain regular checkpoints with associates and support enabling associates and teams in the delivery of project deliverables
• Assist in managing relationships with project stakeholders
• Make sure project updates and deliverables are communicated on time, and gather feedback
• Identify and assess project risks and issues, and escape where necessary
• RAID log monitoring for any project
• Support practice growth through action capture and account mapping for practice meetings
• Understand, build into delivery and help promote Value in the conversations internally, with associates and with clients in relation to the engagement
