Property Lawyer Opportunity

An exciting opportunity for a Property Lawyer to work in a hybrid or fully remote setting as a conveyancing team leader. The role can focus on residential cases or include commercial property.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage a team of 4 staff, including fee earners and support personnel.
2. Handle a caseload of residential conveyancing files, including freehold, leasehold, property transactions, sales, and remortgages.
3. Provide advice and oversight to the conveyancing team.

Requirements:

• Experience managing a team and providing conveyancing advice.
• Full understanding of the residential conveyancing process.
• Commercial property experience is advantageous but not essential.
