Junior Content Editor

We have an exciting contract job opportunity for Junior digital content editor for one of our leading airline clients

Purpose:

Support digital content editors by producing and uploading engaging, high-quality content for digital platforms. Combine creative content thinking, writing and editing skills, insights, and business goals to deliver world-class digital experiences.

Contract duration - 6 months (could extend)Location - Waterside (UB7 0GB) Hybrid - 3 days on sitePay - Attractive daily rate (inside IR35)

Key Responsibilities:

• Update site-wide copy and imagery ensuring accuracy and alignment with style guidelines.
• Support destination pages with copy, imagery, and offers to maximise SEO.
• Assist with marketing campaigns, brand initiatives, and partnership content.
• Use analytics tools to research page performance and inform improvements.
• Support global campaigns with page builds, pricing presentation, and image selection.
• Carry out trading updates and assist with CMS updates as required.

Skills & Capabilities:

• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Awareness of SEO and digital marketing principles.
• Good organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Understanding of customer journey and visual design.
• Proactive, collaborative, and keen to learn.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Experience using a content management system.
• Degree preferred.
• Familiarity with digital content disciplines (analytics, UX, SEO).
• Aptitude for using AI tools.
