What will you be doing?

• Work on projects for the top 15 insurers in Belgium.
• Contribute to strategic transformation projects.
• Be involved in projects where change is essential.
• Collaborate with experienced consultants with deep consulting and insurance knowledge.

Who are we looking for?

• Must have: first working experience in insurance and/or consulting.
• First experience in roles like PMO, Business Analyst, or Tester.
• Passion for becoming an expert consultant.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
• Quick learner and adaptable to new technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
