We have a new in-house role for a Junior Construction/Commercial Contracts Solicitor NQ - 2 PQE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an exceptional, business facing in house legal team handling both a domestic and international workload

The work will involve acting as the first point of contact for project teams, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, liaising with Professional Indemnity Insurers

Reviewing proposed appointment documents for all new projects/bids and progressing/finalising negotiations with clients

As a team member, you will be expected to support project teams with the review of other project legal documents including, sub-consultancy appointments

There will also be an opportunity to handle other work including risk/compliance and general commercial contracts

To be considered for this opportunity, you will be a qualified solicitor with non-contentious construction work and/or commercial contracts experience

You will have excellent technical and commercial skills and an interest in developing a career as in in house lawyer working as a member of a collegiate team
