Junior Communications Designer

Spherical is seeking a Junior Communications Designer to support digital and print design across channels. This is a growth-focused role for someone early in their career who's excited to build creative range while learning how design supports real results, especially in performance marketing, hospitality, and lifestyle content.

You'll help craft assets for paid campaigns, email, and social, while developing an understanding of what drives engagement and conversion. We're looking for a fast learner with a strong eye, solid fundamentals, and the curiosity to connect creativity with impact.

Necessary Skills & Attributes:

Communications Design:

• Asset development for Paid Social, Display, Email, and Organic Channels
• Digital ad design with attention to performance and hierarchy
• Email template and campaign layout design
• Design of collateral such as one-pagers, pitch decks, and presentations
• Image curation, cropping, and formatting across platforms
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Figma
• Familiarity with motion basics and how to prep assets for animation

Creative Thinking & Growth:

• Interest in what makes creative perform. Curious about engagement, not just aesthetics
• Ability to follow direction and translate brand systems across different formats
• Comfort exploring AI tools like Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and DALL E to support ideation and production
• Open to feedback, eager to learn, and committed to improving
