Junior Claims Advisor - Legal Expenses (Hybrid)

Arc Legal Group is hiring a Trainee Claims Advisor for our Brierley Hill office on a hybrid basis. You will assess and progress legal expenses claims, determine policy coverage, and liaise with solicitors to monitor progress.

You'll provide clear updates to customers by phone and email, while effectively handling your own caseload and ensuring fair, efficient claims processing. We welcome recent graduates (law degree or otherwise), or those currently in trainee/junior roles, or with experience
