As our Junior Business Systems Analyst, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our goals. You will work collaboratively across the business to capture, document, and translate business needs, ensuring thorough analysis and documentation of requirements for each initiative. Your work will help improve customer experience, boost operational efficiency, and support our business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize various requirement elicitation techniques to fully understand business processes
• Define and document IT system dependencies and integration points
• Consult throughout the project lifecycle and post-implementation to ensure solutions meet business needs and IT strategy
• Collaborate with vendors to assess solutions for suitability
• Support tendering processes (RFI and RFP) to select appropriate vendors and solutions

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with third-party suppliers and colleagues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
