€30,000 basic + commission + 8% holiday allowance

What does the role entail?

The successful candidate will take part in a 3 months training programme to learn the recruitment life cycle.

Starting on the candidate side of the recruitment process, you'll expertly source and screen candidates, meticulously matching them to your clients hiring requirements. You'll have the opportunity to work in different departments while learning the business development side of the role.

With brilliant develop opportunities, you can expand your career in candidate delivery, client development (sales) and people management. With clear achievable progression routes and a designated Learning & Development team to teach you everything you need to know about recruitment.

Are you our ideal candidate?

• Higher education (HBO/WO) working and thinking level.
• Experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or b2b advantageous.
• Fluent English & Dutch.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• A competitive nature, as you'll be working in a fast paced, dynamic industry.
• Confident expertly networking with global candidates and clients.
• Ability to be self-motivated and work autonomously - our client does not enforce KPIs or micromanagement.
