We're looking for ambitious junior sales professionals or entry-level BDRs based in Malta or willing to relocate, who are eager to learn, develop, and succeed in a long-term business development career.

What We're Looking For:

• 1+ year of B2C / B2B / SDR /BDR sales or client-facing experience - either financial sales, insurance sales, or telecom sales.
• Track record of your achievements, willing to hit your kpis and targets
• Ambition to learn, grow, and build a meaningful career.
• EU citizenship/passport and a long-term mindset to stay in Malta.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Build your understanding of our specialist markets (Finance and Legal).
• Identify and engage potential clients through outbound activity (cold calling, emails, networking).
• Book and attend meetings alongside senior consultants and directors.
• Learn how to pitch, consult, and create value for clients - evolve to manage full cycle
• Contribute to growing Accelerate's client portfolio while developing your own.

What We Offer:

• Base salary + uncapped commission (€35k-€45k in year 1 - double that on your 2nd year).
• Promotions are exclusively based on performance (achieve 4 promotions in 2 years)
