Junior Brand Merchandiser - 6+ months - hybrid - Hilversum, NL

As a Junior Brand Merchandiser, you will drive integrated, profitable, and consumer-relevant assortments across Stores (NSO) and wholesale partners (NSP). You'll combine creativity with analytics to ensure the right product is in the right place at the right time.

Working cross-functionally with planning, allocation, and store teams, you will bring seasonal strategies to life-delivering premium product experiences and influencing key assortment decisions.

• Build and manage product assortments that drive performance and consumer engagement
• Analyze business data and market trends to identify opportunities
• Continuously optimize product mixes across channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully land seasonal strategies
• Align with Global Merchandising teams on priorities and vision
• Present assortment strategies to leadership and advocate for premium product placement

• Experience in retail merchandising
• Strong analytical skills and commercial mindset
• Confidence in presenting insights and strategies
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines
• A passion for product and a fast-paced retail environment

Contract details:

- Duration: 6months +

- Contract type: Freelance

- Location: Hybrid in Hilversum, Netherlands - 3 times a week in the office

- 40 hours/week
