Junior Allocator - 6+ months - hybrid - Hilversum, NL

Global Enterprise Partners is looking for a Junior Allocator to join a global Retail & Sportswear client.

This role will focus on in-season trade, inventory optimisation, and ensuring the right product assortment is available at the right time across retail stores. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales performance and enhance consumer experience.

Responsabilities:

* Analyse sales and inventory data to forecast demand and optimise stock distribution

* Ensure the right product assortment is allocated across stores to maximise sales performance

* Manage in-season allocation and replenishment activities based on trading trends

* Identify risks and opportunities and propose solutions to improve performance

* Collaborate with merchandising and assortment planning teams to align on strategy

* Support product launches and marketing campaigns by ensuring correct stock availability

* Create reporting and provide insights on stock levels, sell-through and allocation performance

* Optimise stock levels to minimise excess inventory and end-of-season returns

* Monitor store capacity and adjust allocations to ensure efficient stock flow

* Communicate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders to support business decisions

Requirements for Allocator role:

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making

* Advanced Excel skills (spreadsheets, formulas, data analysis)

* Ability to identify risks and opportunities and propose solutions

* Strong consumer focus with understanding of market trends and product life cycle

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

* Collaborative team player with a proactive and positive mindset

* Commercial awareness and problem-solving capabilities
