Job Summary

Startup Inno is seeking a highly motivated Junior AI/ML Research Scientist with a strong foundation in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data-driven research. The ideal candidate will contribute to cutting edge projects that push the boundaries of AI applications across various domains. This role is perfect for early career researchers who are passionate about translating innovative AI/ML concepts into practical solutions. A Ph.D. in a relevant field is preferred, but exceptional Masters candidates with strong research experience will also be considered.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct advanced research in machine learning, deep learning, natural language processing, or computer vision.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate ML/AI models and algorithms.
  • Collaborate with senior researchers, engineers, and cross functional teams to integrate AI solutions into products.
  • Analyze complex datasets to derive actionable insights and support model development.
  • Prepare technical reports, research papers, and presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay updated on the latest AI/ML research, tools, and technologies to continuously enhance project outcomes.
  • Contribute to the companys AI knowledge base, documenting experiments and findings.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field preferred; Masters with strong research experience considered.
  • Strong proficiency in Python, R, or other programming languages used in AI/ML development.
  • Hands on experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, or scikit learn.
  • Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and mathematical foundations of ML/AI.
  • Experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation.
  • Excellent problem solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for research documentation and presentations.
Experience
  • 0-3 years of research or applied experience in AI/ML is ideal.
  • Experience in academic or industrial research projects, internships, or collaborative AI initiatives is a plus.
Working Hours
  • Full time, flexible working hours.
  • Remote or hybrid work options available, with occasional on site collaboration sessions.
