Salary: £28,000 - £34,000 basic salary (£37,000 OTE with performance bonuses)

Location: Worthing Area (Free secure parking)

Hours: Monday - Friday (08:00 - 17:00 with 1-hour lunch) + Saturday mornings on rota

What You'll Be Doing

• Servicing & Maintenance: Conducting routine maintenance, multipoint inspections, brake servicing, tire fitting, and fluid changes.
• MOT Prep & Shadowing: Preparing vehicles for MOT tests and shadowing active testers as part of your DVSA training pathway.
• Diagnostics & Repairs: Using modern diagnostic tools to isolate and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
• Component Work: Carrying out engine repairs, suspension work, brake system overhauls, and transmission servicing.
• Documentation & Safety: Keeping accurate repair records and collaborating closely with service advisors and workshop peers.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in a workshop environment (independent garage, fast-fit center, or main dealer).
• NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• A great attitude, pride in work quality, and a desire to gain your MOT license and EV credentials.
• A full UK driving licence.
