Junio Project Manager/PMO

Role: Junior PMO - Project Manager 
Rate: €200-250 per day - 6 months
Start - ASAP

Key responsibilities:

• Act as a PMO - is quite a technical project with a legal/regulatory focus.
• Projects, ensuring effective planning, task and milestone tracking and stakeholder management.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams, collaborating with forensic specialists, technology teams, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain project governance frameworks, proactively tracking key requirements, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Provide structured reporting and clear communication to senior stakeholders and clients.
• Use initiative to proactively identify project risks and dependencies and establish and action plans for mitigation.
• Work flexibly with client teams and clients, adapting to evolving project needs.

Key requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of project management experience
• Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 is preferable
• Experience in consulting, big tech, or in-house legal/compliance functions preferred
• Solid understanding of PMO methodologies, governance, and risk management.
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently in a pressurised environment.
• Excellent initiative, organisation, communication and interpersonal skills.
